Press Release | 2007 | Event Planners Attract More Attendees with RegOnline’s New Pre-built Event Websites26 Nov

(Boulder, CO) September 11, 2007 — Boulder-based RegOnline is no stranger to making it easier for event planners to get more attendees. With the broadest set of easy-to-use features, they are highly regarded in the industry. This past June, RegOnline ran their own event: their first users’ conference.

“We used our system to take registrations and our in-house designers had put together a homepage for the conference,” commented Bill Flagg, president of RegOnline. “Clients kept asking how we created the website for the event and it clicked: here was an opportunity to create a feature which would really impress clients and their attendees!”

After three months of development and testing, the ‘Event Websites’ feature has become a reality. This new option (available to all RegOnline clients for no extra cost) allows event professionals to browse different styles, and implement them on their registration form with one click.

Currently there are 5 preset styles available: Classic, Denver, Boulder, Pueblo and Keystone. Each template can be customized through the use of easy-to-use color selectors and HTML-enabled fields. This functionality allows event planners to achieve professional results without the need for costly web- and graphic-development time.

When asked to comment on the new websites one event planner said, “I briefly forgot I was supposed to be looking at the program and I instead started looking for more details about the event… I immediately transitioned into the registration process!”

Since 1996, RegOnline has been committed to helping event planners improve communication with attendees and to making events more profitable, less costly, and less time intensive using event registration (http://www.regonline.com/marketing/Products/online-event-registration-software.aspx) software.

Press Release | 2007 | RegOnline Exposes the Effectiveness of Online Registration for the First Time26 Nov

RegOnline released a new reporting feature called RegAnalytics that reports on the effectiveness of online registration forms… displaying completion and drop out rates throughout the online registration process.

(RegOnline) July 19, 2007 — RegOnline has completed development and testing of the new RegAnalytics feature. This special report, available to all RegOnline clients, allows event professionals to see the number of visits, exits, and complete registrations for their registration process. They can also see which websites referred visitors to their registration pages.

RegOnline’s RegAnalytics report includes support for viewing URL parameters used to reach the page. This allows the event planner to distribute special referral codes to partners. This feature can also be used to run an in-house affiliate-promotion program.

Perhaps most beneficial to the average meeting planner is the ability to see which page of the registration process is responsible for the majority of drop-outs. This is an aide in visualizing the registration process as a sales-funnel and allows the event planner to make changes that could increase revenues significantly.

The addition of web analytics reports to the already wide-range of reports available to RegOnline clients helps to make the registration process more transparent. It allows users to take advantage of URL parameters and drop-out rates to improve the registration process on and off the registration form.

RegOnline is the industry leader in web-based, online registration software for meeting and event professionals. Since its inception in 1996, RegOnline’s software has registered over 4 million people for over 54,000 events worldwide. RegOnline is committed to helping event planners improve their registration process, and make their events more profitable, less costly, and less time intensive. Press Release | 2007 | RegOnline Now Offers PayPal Payment Technology to Speed Up Registrations09 May

Finally Event Organizers Can Accept PayPal Payments to Speed Up Registrations

Boulder, CO May 9, 2007 — RegOnline’s online event registration system is now fully integrated with Paypal, which means event organizers can offer the convenience of paying with Paypal to their registrants when using RegOnline. Due to the complexity of integration, most registration systems are not yet able to accept Paypal payments.

RegOnline is a leading company in the online registration industry that assists event professionals with easy to use marketing, managing and reporting tools for event registration. RegOnline’s pricing structure allows event planners to be more creative without being locked in to cumbersome contracts.

As part of its mission to make event planners’ lives easier, RegOnline has made significant adjustments to their PayPal integration modules to allow for registrants to pay for an event with PayPal.

Previously, all RegOnline clients had the option to accept payments through the PayPal system by using the widely-accepted gateway to process credit cards. This solution has been popular for organizations and companies who cannot make use of a traditional merchant account.

Now, RegOnline has expanded their PayPal integration to allow registrants to make payments with their PayPal accounts. Event planners can easily activate the PayPal service on their existing registration forms. This functionality will make the process of paying registration fees more efficient, and will help event planners reach out to tech-savvy attendees.

“We’ve had a lot of requests for functionality like this, particularly from organizations who produce high-tech events. We’re excited to offer those clients an internationally accepted payment method in addition to our already wide range of possibilites,” said Bill Flagg, President of RegOnline.
